Student support

We work with the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) on the administration of discretionary student support funding. We allocate and monitor institutions' Access to Learning Funds (ALF) on behalf of BIS. We also allocate Further Education Initial Teacher Training bursaries for students wishing to teach in FE colleges.
