Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery items are usually despatched within 3 working days after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver within:

3-5 working days for UK
4-7 working days for Europe
5-7 working days for USA, Canada, Fast East and Australasia and Rest of the World.

Courier Delivery

Courier Delivery service is given priority picking and packing. Items are usually despatched within 2 working days after the order has been placed. Our carrier aims to deliver within:

1-3 working days for UK and Europe
2-3 working days for USA, Canada, Fast East and Australasia.
3-5 working days for the Rest of the World

Delivery Restrictions

We deliver anywhere in the world but our policy is not to deliver to PO Box addresses, due to courier restrictions.

Christmas Deliveries

Due to the current disruption with the postal service, over this seasonal period our deliveries will not be sent via Royal Mail. All UK orders over £10 will be upgraded to receive a tracked courier service.

Delivery Costs

To check delivery costs add items to your basket and select ‘My Basket’. Under the list of items there is an option ‘Delivery For’. Select the country the order will be delivered to and choose between standard delivery or fast tracked courier delivery. All orders outside of the UK are sent by courier and delivery prices will be shown when the country is selected.

International Shipping

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Tate Online refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Delivery of Posters

Posters are sent out separately from other items due to the nature of packaging required. As a result, posters may not arrive at the same time as other items ordered at the same time. If the other items in your order have not arrived within four days please contact customer services.
