QCF disapplication process for regulatory criteria

Last updated on: 08/04/2008

This document provides guidance to recognised organisations on the process to follow to seek disapplication of the criteria set out in The statutory regulation of external qualifications in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (2004) during the QCF tests and trials.

This document was published by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA). The regulatory function of QCA is now the responsibility of the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual). Ofqual regulates qualifications and monitors national curriculum assessments in England.
