Many of the reforms set out in Your child, your schools, our future are already well underway. Other changes need legislation, or further consultation on the detail before they start. The Children, Schools and Families Bill is currently going through Parliament and will bring key changes – including pupil and parent guarantees – into law in 2010, if it is passed by Parliament.
