Ofsted is preparing its first single equality scheme to replace its existing three separate schemes (disability equality, race equality, gender equality).
This is the second stage of the consultation, the first stage identified the priority equality objectives which have shaped the scheme so far.
Your responses to this consultation will help us to define not only our equality priorities but also the key activities for achieving our priorities. Our single equality scheme will be published, along with a detailed action plan, in April 2010.
We ask for feedback in particular on:
- our approach to embedding equality
- our equality priorities
- our planned activities.
Before responding to this consultation, you may find it useful to look at our website to see the kind of work we do.
The closing date for the consultation is 12 March 2010.
If you would like a version of this document in a different format, such as large print or Braille, please telephone 08456 404040 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The consultation document is available in two formats.
- Word version - questionnaire can be filled in by hand or on your computer
- PDF version - questionnaire can be filled in by hand
You can also download the consultation document in any format and then complete the online questionnaire (this link opens in a new window).
