Intellectual property and research benefits

Professor Paul Wellings was asked by the former DIUS Secretary of State, John Denham, to consider issues relevant to intellectual property and research benefits. The report answered the questions:

  • How should we maximise the research and economic benefits of Intellectual Property?
  • How should universities use and manage IP for their own benefit and for the benefit of the wider economy?
