What are we looking for?

We want the people working here to reflect the community we serve, so all applications are welcomed.

All our advertisements explain what we’re looking for in terms of qualities and qualifications. However, for our customer service and administrative jobs, you can apply even if you don’t have the qualifications listed. This is because we recognise that some people may not have had the chance to gain qualifications for a variety of reasons, yet may have the life skills which we really welcome. Someone in this situation can still apply, they just need to take a short test to show they’ve got what it takes to work with us.
