Help - General
Q. Where is the information that used to be on the Inland Revenue
and HM Customs and Excise websites
A. The majority of the information and services on the old websites can
be accessed from the new HM Revenue & Customs site. You will also
find links and menus throughout the site enabling you to jump directly
to different areas of interest.
Q. Will my ‘favourites’ still work
A. We have built redirects for the majority of the pages on the old sites
and you should be redirected to the new pages. In a few cases you may
need to use the search functionality to find your pages. We would recommend
you update your favourites.
Q. How can I move to a different area of the site?
