Years 3, 4 and 5: optional grid for test analysis

Optional grids for test analysis 2006

These grids are for optional use and aim to help teachers record and analyse the performance of pupils in the years 3, 4 and 5 optional tests. They follow the same format (Excel 97 workbooks) and content as the paper analysis grids contained in the Teacher Pack for optional tests, but have been modified to print over one or two pages for ease of reference and record keeping. They are not compatible with the DCSF web-based system RAISEonline - teachers wishing to use the diagnostic functions of RAISEonline should input data directly into the RAISEonline website.

RAISEonline allows schools to analyse their pupils' performance at item level in the national curriculum statutory and optional tests and to compare their performance with that of pupils nationally.

Enquiries and support for using RAISEonline can be directed to the DCSF helpline on 020 7925 5119 or the RAISEonline email help service.
