Summary

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) set up Creative Partnerships in 2002 to give young people in disadvantaged areas across England the opportunity to develop their creativity and ambition by building partnerships between schools and creative organisations, businesses and individuals. This report evaluates the effectiveness of phase 1 Creative Partnerships initiatives.
