New Dual-Use OGEL: Oil and Gas Exploration, September 2005

The Department of Trade and Industry has issued a new Open General Export Licence (OGEL). Details are as follows:

Open General Export Licence (Oil and Gas Exploration: Dual-Use Items) which permits, subject to conditions and restrictions, the export of a range of dual-use goods, software and technology for tasks or hydrographic surveys in support of contracts within the oil and gas industry, to a wide range of destinations. See link in right hand column.

This licence came into force on 30 September 2005.
