The Executive Board’s key responsibilities are to contribute to the delivery of UK Trade & Investment’s corporate objectives through
- providing leadership and strategic direction
- allocation of resources to deliver corporate objectives
- owning and managing the principal risks facing UK Trade & Investment
- helping to strengthen planning, performance and change management in UK Trade & Investment
- ensuring the operation of an effective corporate governance system of internal controls
