Companies House Edinburgh On The Move

With the expiry of the previous lease arrangements, our Edinburgh offices will be relocating to new premises, with the move taking place on Tuesday 26th May 2009. The move will put us at the heart of one of the area's newest business developments: 'Edinburgh Quay 2' site.

A great deal of work needs to be done in the meantime to prepare for this necessary move but Companies House see this as a very positive development and one our visitors will appreciate. Planning for the change has been under way for sometime but now, as the practical arrangements gather pace, we will be contacting our key stakeholders directly to advise them accordingly.

We are not anticipating any significant disruption to paper based services and our growing number of Electronic Customers will notice no change at all as a result of this move, as these services will be unaffected. All our customers should continue to file as normal.
