Ministers

The Secretary of State and the Lord Chancellor is assisted in the day-to-day running of his Department by a Minister of State and three Parliamentary Under-Secretaries of State. Three of these Ministers, Harriet Harman, Bridget Prentice and Vera Baird, represent the interests of the Department of Constitutional Affairs in the House of Commons, while Baroness Ashton is a member of the House of Lords.
