The website, www.online.police.uk  allows you to e-mail the police with a query and can also be used to report certain non-urgent crimes.  In an emergency always dial 999.

When making your enquiry, please try to be as specific as possible. The more detail you make you provide, the better the response will be.

Your enquiry will be handled by the Home Office General Enquiries team. The team will aim to respond to your enquiry within 20 working days.
