The new Ofsted

Ofsted has joined together with the Adult Learning Inspectorate for (ALI), and parts of the Commission for Social Care Inspection for children and young people (CSCI), and the children and families court advisory service (HMICA). The result is a new organisation. (You can read more detail about this in the about us section.)

Information on inspection of these services and relevant publications are now on this website. For a short period, you'll find the individual inspection reports on their old websites, but you can access them through the inspection reports page as usual.

The inspection toolkit for learning and skills inspection

You can jump straight to the toolkit, which contains all the guidance you need to prepare for inspection.
