Care

Childcare Childcare inspection reports from April 2004 may contain complaint information about a provider. This includes complaints which did not require action to be taken. Following representations from providers, we decided to publish from 1 September 2006 information relating to complaints where we or the provider were required to take action. This decision was not backdated and some inspection reports on our website may contain details of complaints where no action was required. Our commitment to give parents accurate and up to date information about providers is currently under review and will change in January 2009.
