LGPS : GAD FACTORS, REGULATION 118 : EXTENSION OF THE PROTECTED RIGHTS FACTORS TO AGE 90

I am writing to inform you that the Government Actuary’s Department (GAD) have provided us with a final version of factors and guidance for Regulation 118 : Extension of the Protected Rights Factors to age 90.

The original tables were circulated under cover of Mrs Macreadie’s letter of 8 December 1999.
