You will need a copy of Winzip on your PC to unzip the following files which have been compressed in the most popular file formats. Click on the link below which matches your word-processor. A dialog box should then invite you to "save the file to disk" on your PC. Type in the location where you want the zipped file to be copied to. After the file has been transferred, use Winzip (usually available by right clicking the zipped file with a mouse) to uncompress the file. Copies of Winzip are freely available on the internet.

If downloading the file does not work and you are able to send and receive e-mails, the Pensions Unit can send you either a Word or Wordperfect for Windows version of the guide via e-mail.

Please click mailto: rob.holloway@dial.pipex.com and include in your e-mail details of the format you require. We should be able to supply most of the popular word-processor formats, eg, word, wordperfect and lotus. The file will be returned to you as an attachment to the return e-mail.
