LGPS : GAD FACTORS, REGULATION 52 : INCREASE OF MEMBERSHIP BY EMPLOYING AUTHORITY

 

I am writing to inform you that the Government Actuary’s Department (GAD) have provided us with a final version of factors and guidance for Regulation 52  (Increase of membership by employing authority), following the amendment introduced by Regulation 18 of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2004 SI 2004/573.

 

This guidance replaces the original tables circulated under cover of Paul Rogers’s  letter of 5 February 1998.
