This page provides links to all new Statutory Rules of Northern Ireland from 1998 onwards.
The aim is to publish these documents on this website simultaneously with their publication in printed form.
From June 2004 onwards the Explanatory Memorandum, setting out a brief statement of the purpose of a statutory rule and providing information about its policy objective and policy implications, which are produced to accompany any Statutory Rule laid before the UK Parliament during the suspension of the Northern Ireland Assembly have been published on this website. They are not available in printed form.
