Customer Board membership and TORs

Role

The role of the Defence Academy Customer Board is to:

  1. Agree the broad outputs of the Defence Academy, deciding which subject areas the Defence Academy should cover more, less or better;
  2. Assist the Director in making best use of Defence Academy capacity and in allocating resources across the Academy in the light of customer requirements and perceptions;
  3. Act as proponents for the Defence Academy with their communities, and ensure their communities provide the necessary support to the Defence Academy to enable it to deliver high quality education.
