Consultation on The Eggs and Chicks (England) Regulations 2008
This consultation seeks comments on the revocation and re-making of the The Eggs and Chicks (England) Regulations 2007.
The consultation on the re-making of the Eggs and Chicks (England) Regulations 2007 closed on the 23 May 2008. No material comments were received. The Regulations were revoked and re-made as the Eggs and Chicks (England) Regulations 2008 which came into operation on 2 July 2008.
Due to the late timetabling in the EU of the adoption and publication of the related Commission Regulations it was not possible to circulate the new SI No 1718 in advance in draft.
