CR Governance

In order to achieve our goal of continuous improvement, we have a governance structure in place to manage our commitment to CR and to monitor our progress against the long term and annual commitments that we set ourselves. Over the coming year we will develop a series of working groups (sitting beneath the main CR committee) which will take responsibility for ensuring CR strategy is implemented across the business. The creation of these working groups will help to engender a greater degree of ownership for our CR strategy across the business and will also ensure a co-ordinated approach to the achievement of our high level commitments.

The CR committee meets at least quarterly to monitor progress against targets and to take decisions on CR strategy generally. It, in turn, reports to the main board twice a year.
