A document summarising the Department's Comprehensive Spending Review 2007 Value for Money (VfM) Programme. As successor to the Spending Review 2004 Efficiency Programme, the Programme will orchestrate the Department’s value for money activity over the next 3 financial years of the CSR07 period.
