Summary
In December 2006, Communities and Local Government and Defra published a joint consultation document setting out proposals to regulate for minimum standards of water efficiency in new buildings. This report gives a statistical summary of who responded to the consultation, responses to the questions asked and summaries of detaile comments made, idenitfying key themes and issues. Responding organisations are listed in the Appendix.
