Google Earth - Climate Change in Our World

Millions of Google Earth users around the world are now able to see how climate change could affect the planet and its people over the next century.

The project, Climate Change in Our World, is the product of collaboration between Google, the UK Government, the Met Office Hadley Centre and the British Antarctic Survey to provide two new ‘layers’, or animations, for users of Google Earth.  It was launched by Prime Minister Gordon Brown at the Google Zeitgeist conference on 19 May 2008.
