DIUS Business Plan

Welcome to the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS) Business Plan for 2008-09. This document is for DIUS staff, stakeholders and delivery partners. It sets out:

  • The role of the Department;
  • Priority deliverables for 2008-09;
  • Our contribution to the Government's longer term and cross-departmental challenges;
  • The resources available to us;
  • Our plans for building and running the new department.

In order to ensure the plan remains relevant and useful, it will be updated twice during the year to coincide with parliamentary terms.
