Welcome from the Surrey Coroner - Michael Burgess
This website has two main aims:
  • to describe the work of coroners generally, our duties, the legal constraints under which we operate, and what it is we are expected to achieve
  • to ensure that you, the public, are kept fully informed of developments and decisions taken by me in my work as Coroner for Surrey.
