  • Application Forms and Technical Questionnaires for National Listing and Plant Breeders’ Rights: new TQs, which may also be completed interactively, have been produced for Chrysanthemums, Ornamental species and Vegetables.  The Application Forms for National Listing and Plant Breeders’ Rights and the TQs for Wheat, Barley and Rape have been revised.

  • UK Seed Certification – New contact number for Seed Certification enquiries: NIAB on 01223 342220 and clarification that application forms and fees should be sent to NIAB, Huntingdon Road, Cambridge CB3 OLE
  • Protocols and procedures for tests and trials: the VCU procedures for Cereals, Spring Oilseed Rape and Winter Oilseed Rape have been revised with amendments to Plant Growth Regulators, Fungicide Programme and Control Varieties.

5 February 2008 - NL/PBR Information Letter: NL/PBR 1/08 (PDF 19KB) gives details of the Consultation on proposed fee changes for National Listing and Plant Breeders’ Rights Services, changes to DUS testing arrangements (replacement of cereal ear rows with plots )and revised VCU procedures.
