Consultation on updating the commons registers: implementation of part 1 of the Commons Act 2006

This consultation paper sets out proposals for secondary legislation to implement part 1 of the Commons Act 2006.  Part 1 deals with the updating and maintenance of registers of common land and town or village greens by commons registration authorities.  The consultation sets out details of our proposals to implement the whole of part 1 in England, with the exception of sections 16 and 17.
