Technical Information required from Exporters when seeking Advice or Applying for a Licence

If you are asking our advice when making a rating inquiry, or applying for a licence, these Guidance Notes describe the technical things you need to tell us about the goods you want to export.

For instance, we need to know what exactly the goods are, what they are used for, and often the purposes for which they were originally designed.  Telling us these things at the beginning will help us process your case quicker.
