Enforcement review: How does the Review fit with other initiatives?

The Review has been one project in a complex web of work. It has built on the good work of others and has tried to avoid duplicating other projects.

In particular, the Review has learned from and offered its results to, the Cabinet Office Better Regulation Executive’s wider examination of penalties across all regulators.
