Consultation on better regulation measures for the asset management sector
This consultation seeks views on a package of better regulation proposals for the asset management sector. The proposals are to allow paperless settlement trades in investment fund shares, introduce a protected cell regime for Open Ended Investment Companies and speed up the process by which foreign UCITS funds passport into the UK.
The deadline for responses is 1 August 2007.
