Open General Transhipment Licence, October 2006

This Open General Transhipment Licence allows, subject to certain conditions, goods to be exported from one country to another via the UK.  In other words the licence allows for the import and subsequent export of these goods but which must be exported within 30 days of entering the UK.   It  does not cover exports for purposes connected with nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missiles for such weapons.
