Travel Insurance Review
HM Treasury's review into the selling of travel insurance purchased alongside a holiday or other related travel was launched on 4 August 2006. A call for evidence opened on 23 November 2006 and closed on 22 February 2007. 77 responses were received to this call for evidence. The Government will now conduct a consultation on its preferred approach and the draft legislation implementing this approach. The consultation document also provides a summary of responses to the call for evidence and a partial Regulatory Impact Assessment
