We want your views

  • Responses to consultations make a difference to the outcomes of the Department's policies. Please let us know your views.

  • You can order a printed copy of the consultation document online. If you would prefer to request a copy by telephone, phone 0845 015 0010 (calls to this number are charged at local rate).

 Feedback

  • Once the consultation deadline has passed and we have analysed the responses, we will put a copy of our Government Response on the consultation's page on this site - you will find this by clicking the Closed with Response link in the navigation.  We aim to do this within three months of the date the consultation closed.

Comments or Complaints

  • The Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform follows the Cabinet Office code of practice on consultations.
