Ofsted – Better education and care

Ofsted's revised Race Equality Scheme sets out the methods by which we aim to eliminate discrimination, foster good race relations and promote equality of opportunity in response to the requirements of the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000.

The scheme is open for consultation until the end of March 2008.
