Nuclear Policy Framework

The 2006 Energy Review report was accompanied by a consultation document on the policy framework for new nuclear build.  Since that time, the Department has been involved in a Judicial Review with Greenpeace on work which lead up to that consultation.  Following the Court’s judgment, the Secretary of State made a written statement to the House on Thursday 22 February 2007 (see 'Related Documents').
