Interim report

Thank you to everyone who contributed to phase 1 of the largest ever consultation with the third sector, which has informed an interim report on the future role of the third sector in social and economic regeneration. The interim report sets out the direction of travel for the next stage of the review, focused on five key themes: voice and campaigning, public services, strong and active communities, social enterprise and creating the right environment for a healthy third sector.

Call for Evidence

Stage 2: longer-term vision for the third sector.

The second stage of the review was about addressing the specific questions set out in the interim review report and attempting to define the long-term vision for the sector. Comments were collected from January to March 2007 and are now being considered.

Announcements about when the final report will be published will be made in due course.
