Instructions for subscribing to the site

Go to the 'New User?' section below and 'submit' your registration details. You will then be given the option to sign up for e-mail alerts. By subscribing to the FCO's email alerts service you can receive emails alerting you to news bulletins, speeches and press releases, updated travel advice notices, and changes to other pages on the website. Please refer to the FCO website Terms and Conditions of use. You do not have to receive email alerts on any subjects if you do not wish.

Once you have submitted your details you can go straight through to the forum or the online consular registration form. If you have already registered to use this site, simply go to the 'Login' section below, enter your details, click submit, and then go direct to the page you require. If you have any trouble subscribing, please contact us using our online feedback form, including as many details as possible about the problem you are encountering. Our Subscribe FAQ's section contains answers to many of the most common problems people may encounter.

If you wish to amend your personal profile, please log in to your account, and then click submit. You can then check/uncheck the options available.

Unsubscribe

If you are no longer interested in receiving FCO email alerts and wish to be removed from our database, please go to the 'Unsubscribe' section at the foot of the page, click 'submit' and follow the on-screen prompts. You cannot unsubscribe if you are already logged in to the site.
