EMAR (Employment Market Analysis and Research) is a multi-disciplinary branch of economists, statisticians and researchers within the DTI's Employment Relations Directorate. EMAR publishes the Employment Relations Research Series (ERRS) to disseminate the results of its ongoing programme of evaluation and research. The series aims to inform and encourage public debate and dialogue between the social partners.
