CSIA Claims Tested (CCT) Mark

The CCT Mark Scheme is a government quality mark initiative for IT security products and services.

The CCT Mark Scheme offers accredited independent testing of commercial off-the-shelf products and services to help public sector organisations achieve a basic level of assurance for the products and services they use.

The Scheme is aimed at central government and the wider public sector, particularly the NHS, Education, Local Authorities and Criminal Justice.

The Scheme was launched on 8 September 2005, by Cabinet Office Minister, Jim Murphy. Vendors are invited to apply to submit their products for claims testing and can also apply to participate in the Services pilot.
