The Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution is an independent standing body established in 1970 to advise the Queen, the Government, Parliament and the public on environmental issues. The Commission has its own web site at www.rcep.org.uk. This page only contains relevant documents published by Defra or by the former Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions.
