Defra's delivery bodies and delivery strategy

This page introduces information about the way Defra delivers its services to customers.

It will be of interest to the many delivery bodies within the "Defra Family", to the people who work in those bodies and to customers of our many services.

It also provides information on how you might contribute to the work of a public body and what opportunities are available at present.

It particularly covers the work of Defra's Executive Agencies and public bodies (including NDPBs). It explains how we are seeking to improve customer focus in the department and what we are doing to introduce service standards. We also introduce guidance for public body officials and people in Executive Agencies.
