This section provides papers written by the Secretariat on issues currently under discussion. Information here DOES NOT REPRESENT THE VIEWS OF THE COMMITTEE OR THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH and should not be quoted as such. The papers may include speculation to act as a stimulus for discussion and the final Committee opinion may differ significantly from the views suggested by the Secretariat. This section will cover as much information provided to the Committee as possible but there will be material available only in hard copy and some material where the permission of the authors would be required before we could make it publicly available.
