The climate change levy package
The climate change levy package was introduced 5 years ago. This paper takes stock of the impact of the package and highlights how it has helped to put the UK on course to meet its Kyoto commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 2012 whilst supporting the contribution of British business to long-term economic growth.
