This is the official website for Charter Mark, the UK Government's national standard for excellence in customer service. Charter Mark is a registered certification mark, owned by the Government Communications Group in the Cabinet Office. It is a positive force for change and customer service improvement.
Business as usual for Charter Mark: The Charter Mark Review report made a number of recommendations which will be carefully considered by Government. But for the time being it is 'business as usual' for Charter Mark.
