The Government published a White Paper "Company Law Reform" in March 2005. This White Paper sets out the Government's proposals for comprehensive reform of our company law framework to bring it in line with modern business needs. The reforms build on the work of the Company Law Review (CLR) and will be introduced through the Company Law Reform Bill.
