CSIA Claims Tested Mark
The CSIA Claims Tested (CCT) Mark scheme is aimed at products and services which are available to the public domain. It will provide a basic level of assurance to these products. It will give confidence to purchasers that the Vendor’s security claims have been tested.
What's new
- CSIA has appointed SiVenture as the sixth UKAS accredited Test Laboratory to participate in the CCT Mark Scheme. See Test Laboratories for contact information on all CCT Mark Test Laboratories.
- The FAQs have been updated as a result of feedback during the Pilot Phase. They provide details about the nature of the CCT Mark Scheme and how Vendors and Test Laboratories can apply to participate in the Scheme.
- The Vendor Guide, Test Laboratory Guide and Scheme Description have been updated to remove unnecessary duplication between the three documents.
Other changes to note are that:
- existing assurance certificates must now be validated as part of the claims test process,
- and the list of specialist testing capabilities for Test Laboratory appointments has been updated to include hardware testing and intrusion prevention.
Please make sure you read the revised documentation before you prepare your application.
- The fifth product has been awarded the CCT Mark. See CCT Mark Awards.
- The CCT Mark scheme went live on 8th September. It is now accepting applications from Vendors of information security products. See Vendors.
